Director of Examinations 

In addition to the instructional work assigned to him, he will be responsible for:-

1. Coordination of syllabus and its breakdown into terms and weeks for each subject through respective Heads of Departments.
2. Allocation of sections/classes and subject contents to teachers, in consultation with the Heads of departments.
3. Preparation of College timetable.
4. Organization of extra tuition classes and tests for weak cadets as well as special MCQ classes for second-year students on the lines/pattern of entry tests for admission into Professional Colleges.
5. Distribution of Cadets of various classes into sections.
6. Preparation of program and presentation of Cadets’ Exercise Books to the Principal.
7. All matters relating to the academic progress of cadets and correspondence with the parents.
8. Correspondence with the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi regarding syllabi, examinations, etc.
9. Organization of internal examinations, preparation, and marking of papers and dispatch of results.
10. Control of Admission Section except for Accounts. All arrangements regarding admission of 7^th Class and 1^st Year Class (Special Entry).
11. Making arrangements for the substitution of periods in the absence of a member of the staff in consultation with the respective Head of Department.
12. Control of the College Library in consultation with the Librarian.
13. Ensure proper discipline of faculty members and Cadets inside the Academic Block.
14. Control and upkeep of Academic Block.
15. Appointment of class seniors in consultation with the class teachers.
16. Ensure punctuality, proper conduct, turn out and thorough preparation of lesson plans by the teaching staff.
17. Any other duties assigned to him by the Principal.

The Senior House Master or any other Senior Tutor may be appointed by the Principal as Director Examinations to assist the Vice Principal in the performance of some of his duties and preparation of Cadets for the Board Examinations.
